Return policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right under European law to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing a reason. This period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at info@northbayboutique.com with the following information:

✔ Full name
✔ Order number
✔ Products you wish to return
✔ (Optional) Reason for return

You will then receive further instructions for returning your order.


2. Returning Products

Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the products. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


3. Refund Policy

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If the entire order is returned, only the cost of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

  • If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.


4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from return, including:

✔ Custom-made or personalized products.
✔ Hygiene items, such as earrings, if the seal has been opened after delivery.
✔ Products that have been damaged through use or are not in their original condition.


5. Warranty and Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or if a defect occurs within the 30-day warranty period, please contact our customer service at info@northbayboutique.com.

We will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.


6. Exchange of Products

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please register a return and place a new order through our online shop.


7. Liability for Returns

You are responsible for any loss in value of returned products if the damage results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functionality of the items. Please ensure that the products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
